The Government’s Stamp Duty holiday has been extended until 30th June! We have beautiful homes and apartments across all four of our current developments that will be ready in time.

At Ebor Mills in Haworth, our Larkin and Eavestone townhouses will be ready to move into by the end of June and, with prices starting at £270,000, will benefit from NO Stamp Duty to pay on sales completed by 30th June. These spacious homes are spread across three storeys, and have three (the Eavestone) or four bedrooms (the Larkin).
