New homes. Re-imagined
‘New Homes. Re-imagined’ was born out of a desire to build a bit differently. We didn’t want to build boxes, we wanted to build homes with character, that could essentially compete with older properties as well as new. We’ve built a robust portfolio of homes that, we hope, offer something for everyone and inside they’re just as beautiful as the materials they are built with.

An excellent experience
“I had an excellent experience buying a home with Skipton Properties. What I like most about my new home is its uniqueness, the historical relevance, original features (especially the windows), internal finish and attention to detail, as well as its ideal location for the town centre yet with parking.”

Great location, unique architectural features such as high ceilings and windows
“We had an excellent sales journey. We chose to buy at Ebor Mills as the homes stood out in comparison to what else was on the market. We bought because of the great location, unique architectural features such as high ceilings, windows and original warehouse beams, great layout, tasteful choices for kitchen and bathrooms, well insulated and energy efficient. Any issues have been fixed and questions answered. We felt the handover was a bit rushed but we were able to raise questions afterwards and they were answered. We’d love to see more CGI imagery of how the development will look when it is finished.”

Quality finish on a small development
“I’ve had a great service from Skipton Properties. My home has a quality finish and I like it’s on a small development. My experience with my Sales Advisor and Site Manager has been excellent. My only feedback is your legal team were a little slow on getting the contract pack to us”
