  Last chance to view the Show Home at Kearns Village

  If you’ve got a little spare time this weekend and haven’t seen our Show Home in Cowpe in Rossendale yet, we’d love to welcome you to have a look this weekend. It showcases our latest specification and features some great interior design ideas.

  We’re open tomorrow and Sunday 11am – 4pm….

  From Monday onwards our Show Home will be closed so we can prepare it for the family that has bought it (our Sales Office will be open as usual). Fear not, once we start building the lower courtyard we’ll install a beautiful kitchen, luxury flooring and more to show you how we’d style another one of our homes.

  

  Our next phase

  2017 will see the launch of our next phase of homes that surround the lower courtyard.

  Expect a beautiful range of four bedroom homes all with a luxury specification.

• A sneaky peek – Kearns Village, Rossendale

  Our Marketing Director, Caroline, always plans our Show Homes with the help of our Interior Designer. The Show Home starts on a board like this, then is tweaked to what we hope is perfection (?!?)

  Kearns Village is situated on the edge of Cowpe and is surrounded by open farmland. As such we wanted to move away from the modern and create a design that effuses country chic.

  Expect natural tones, a fair amount of experimentation with Farrow and Ball paint, all complemented by grey aluminium windows and doors!

  Our Show Home will launch this Spring, but we wish it was sooner!

• Kearns Village – Rossendale

  An update for local residents

  We’ve had a few concerns expressed to us regarding the work at Kearns Village. We hope you all received the residents letter we sent out in September advising you of works starting. We understand the work will cause some disruption to local people but we are doing all we can to minimise that.

  Work on Cowpe Road , directly outside Kearns Village, is being done by United Utilities. The water system in the area has not been improved for many years. Our works mean that the system is being cleaned and brought up to today’s standards. Unfortunately there will be some disruption on the road whilst this happens but there is a traffic light system in operation. The dirty water you can see on the road at the moment is due to blocked drains. The drainage to the area has been significantly improved on every single development we have ever worked on. Our Managing Director has an engineering background and drainage is his speciality. We assure you that once we are complete the area will function to modern standards.
