In a months time we will be opening our next Show Home at The Green in Glusburn, North Yorkshire.
The Green is a development of just 37 homes in the heart of the beautiful village of Glusburn. Due to the sites elevated position you will be able to enjoy panoramic views of Cowling Pinnacle and beyond. We’re building a selection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes, all built out of natural random stone with traditional stone detailing.
The Show Home will be in Plot 1 – The Whittaker home. You’ll be able to walk around this four bedroom home to really to get a feel for the inclusive specification. Highlights of the specification on our larger homes include: Range Cookers and Extractors by Stoves, wooden handrail staircases, large garages, underfloor heating on the ground floor and landscaped gardens. Our smaller homes also have a comprehensive specification and some are built for you to walk around.
There is limited availability at The Green, being only a development of 37 homes. If you have your heart set on a particular plot we recommend you speak to our recommended financial advisor at the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) before coming to the development so we know you are in a position to proceed. We still have a few appointments on our PREVIEW day on the 31st August, these one on one appointments enable you to take a look around the Show Home undisturbed. However we do ask that you are qualified by the MAB before you make one. If you can’t attend the preview day we open for all on the 1st September from 10am.
