This beautiful weather has given us the opportunity to photograph progress at The Bridge in Haworth. We sent our drone operator to show you exactly what we’re doing and help you to understand the development’s position in this historic village.
The development is starting to take shape and our vision is coming to life.聽The Bridge is already home to over 15 families and will soon see more move in. It offers a range of different styles to suit all needs, from our three bedroom three-storey homes, which give our homeowners more space and all feature an integrated garage, to our larger four bedroom homes in both traditional and contemporary designs.
Pictured above in the foreground are the three bedroom Elliot and Holt house styles. Each home features a master ensuite bedroom, integrated garage and laundry room. The rear gardens you see in the photo have all been designed by a landscape architect to create a peaceful oasis that takes advantage of the open countryside these homes look out onto.
We’ll shortly be releasing The Bridgehouse, a new luxury four bedroom home benefitting from one of the best positions on the development. It will overlook the landscaped parkland at the rear of the development. If you would like to be the first to know more information please get in touch.
At the front of the development we are painstakingly restoring the original Bridge House Mills. This part of the development will eventually be home to one and two bedroom apartments. We believe the restoration will transform the centre of Haworth.
The Bridge is part of the V&F Homes Collection, our superior collection of homes. Each home has been carefully styled, using natural materials such as coursed stone and natural slate roofs. Dry stone walls to the beck have been carefully restored to give the development the character it deserves. Elevations also benefit from trespa panels, a material that is practically maintenance free, to give our homes a contemporary twist.
