When you buy a home at Kearns Village you will be able to choose from a variety of colours and styles to create a kitchen that is personal to you. The colour range includes a selection of neutral tones, as well as a more striking Ink Blue. Door designs range from the handleless contemporary, Aconbury door, to the more traditional Rivington shaker style (pictured).
In the Show Home we have chosen an island the Abberley style in sky blue complemented by porcelain cabinets elsewhere (the Show Home opens on the 23rd April). This is a traditional style of kitchen with a modern colour twist. Click through the pages of Houzz and you’ll quickly see that this type of kitchen is very fashionable at the moment, which is why we wanted to offer you such colour combinations.
Add the finishing touches to your kitchen with a victorian chrome knob or cup or a t-bar handle, or if you have gone handleless, skip this and go straight to your work surface! We have a collection of granite and quartz supplied by J. Rotherham (extra on some homes, included on many) and laminates from Duropal. Please check the specification for more details (to be released shortly).
Appliances
You’ll find AEG appliances across all of our homes. AEG are consistently rated 5 stars by their customers which is why we install them. You’ll find not one but two ovens, a dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, large extractor and fridge and freezer in all of our homes.
