Today was one of those days when you realise how extremely proud you are of what you do. It’s a day when you feel especially grateful for the wonderful team you have. We hope our customers, and those of you out there that know us, understand what our business means to us. We’re not in this business to churn out homes, we’re in this business because we love what we do. We’re passionate about building homes and we sincerely hope that it shows.
The majority of our homes on the development pictured are brand new designs, developed specifically with the local context in mind. When we set out designing Kearns Village (located in the Rossendale valley in the hamlet of Cowpe) we designed a scheme that would retain some of the features and scale of the old Kearns Mill. We’re extremely pleased with the results and look forward to being able to show you the courtyard once complete (it’s an even better view from the front!).
It’s our mission to build homes that are traditional in character. Our homes don’t look like they were built months ago, they already look a part of the landscape. Inside they have all the mod cons you have come to expect from a new home, including beautiful kitchens with AEG appliances, and wood burning stoves.
Phase one of Kearns Village featured a selection of four and five bedroom luxury new homes.
