As Site Engineer, your input in to construction projects will be technical, organisational, and supervisory.

You will set out and determine the location for all above and below ground infrastructure and buildings across various developments and will apply designs and plans to mark out the site.

You will assist/advise and input along with external consultants/Pre Construction Manager/Civils Manager in the design and implementation of all section agreements and progress through to adoption.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and advise the Materials Management Plans on sites.
• Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the speciications.
• Input into EA applications and liasie with external engineers.
• Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Communicate with consultants and third parties and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Aid in the resolution of any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Carry out or arrange with external consultants Site surveys.
