Your bathroom will feature concealed bathroom systems just as you will see in our Show Apartment. Personalise your bathroom by choosing from a selection of tiling, sourced in Britain wherever possible.
Your apartment will have high ceilings which create a feeling of space and light. We haven’t fitted downlights as this would mean you’d find it hard to change the bulbs (we don’t want our homeowners falling off ladders!); we have therefore installed long drop pendants which you can style to suit your taste. You will also find wall lights in the bedroom and living room areas which will be included in your specification.
Many of our apartments include low windows which can be turned into window seats which are the perfect place to watch the world go by or read your favourite novel. Our larger one and two bedroom apartments also feature breakfast bar island to the kitchen.
The mill itself has been renovated and features the original stone, just a little cleaner than it was when it was a working mill! All windows are aluminium which are virtually maintenance free. The mill is secured by an entry system that can be operated by a fob or key.
