The Apartments at St. Stephen’s Place are the last properties still available at the development, and these four homes are as unique as the historic building which houses them. This former school dates back to 1854 and is packed with stunning original features which we’ve carefully restored, from the decorative stonework to the soaring lancet windows.
Each apartment has been cleverly carved out within the walls of St. Stephen’s. We’ve been able to add two extra storeys to the building by using innovative mezzanine floors that don’t obstruct the line of the windows. The four duplex apartments are in two similar styles, both of which have open plan living spaces, WCs and storage on the main floor and two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath above, plus luxury specifications. With each style, one apartment occupies the ground and first floors of the main building and the other occupies its second and third floors. There are exposed beams, while the original vaulted ceilings are a breathtaking feature of the two upper apartments in both styles. All apartments have a designated parking space each, plus access to an electric vehicle charging point and the tranquil communal garden with scented and edible plants.
