Our homes in Harden are proving popular with purchasers
We launched information on our newest development, The Rise in Harden this last week. Ten homes have been reserved in the first release, with just four now available: The Twistleton – a four bedroom home concept with garage and The Loxley – a two bedroom cottage home. You can choose from three different Loxley plots, two mid terrace homes and one end terrace, all with views over Harden and the landscaped areas of the development.
Our Loxley homes are ready to reserve now and will be built within six months so we ask that our purchasers can start the legal process when they reserve, which means you must be in a position to proceed.
If you’re looking for something bigger the Twistleton may be for you. The Twistleton can be reserved using our Early Bird scheme, which allows you time to sell your own home. For more information on Early Bird please speak to our Sales Advisor, Karen.
The development has been very popular so we’d advise you to book an appointment Thursday – Monday to discuss your requirements. If you haven’t found what you are looking for, our next release may have something more suitable. In our next release we’ll have a selection of three-storey, three bedroom homes, all with garages, south facing gardens and a lot of living space. We’ll also have a selection of larger four bedroom homes with large island kitchens and boot rooms (for the keen walkers out there that would like to make the most of the developments position on the side of the St Ives Estate).
