We’re extremely excited to announce that we have acquired a new development site on Aldersley Avenue, Skipton. We’ll build 98 new homes, including 20 affordable homes.
Construction will commence in early 2022, with the first homes being released in the Summer. The development will include a selection of natural stone 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and will offer a range of accommodation styles for modern living. Both two and three storey homes will feature utilising the existing topography of the site.
The development has been sensitively designed and is reflective of local feedback received in the consultation process. The design will ensure the area around Jenny Beck continues to be a destination for wildlife and further enhances the local landscape.
