About this home
The Maple is based on our popular Hartford house style, but here we’ve added a projection at the front of the home that feels particularly in keeping with the existing local architecture.
The entrance hall leads directly to the separate living room on one side, and the open plan family room, dining room and kitchen on the other. The large utility room and cloakroom are accessed via the kitchen, while a separate garden room leads from the main living area. This features an abundance of glass to flood the space with light and bring the outdoors in. The garden is turfed and can be accessed both from here and from the utility room.
Upstairs The Maple boasts four large bedrooms. The spacious master suite has its own en suite shower room, while a family bathroom with bath is shared by the three remaining bedrooms, of which two are doubles and one is a generous single. Outside there is substantial off-road parking and a detached single garage, and views across the communal green area from the front of the house.
