About the Evolution Collection
In partnership with Craven District Council we have built 6 shared ownership apartments for first time buyers on our popular development at Elsey Croft. Helping local people get their foot onto the property ladder and into a high-quality home.
Elsey Croft occupies an elevated position on the Eastern side of Skipton and benefits from beautiful views towards Embsay and Ilkley.
Our agreement with Craven District Council is such that we have to find 6 eligible purchasers simultaneously. Interest will be high so we don’t expect this to affect your ability to move in good time.
The price of £80,000 represents a 50% share. There will be a monthly rent payable of £183. Larger shares are available, up to a maximum of 75% or £120,000, with a monthly rent payable of £92.
Are you a first time buyer who lives or works in Skipton? Interested in viewing an apartment?
We are hosting an open evening on Tuesday 2nd October from 5 until 7:30pm. Come and take a look around one of the finished apartments and see the level of quality a Skipton Properties home provides.
Please call our Head Office for more information on 01535 281817 to speak to Adele or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interested in buying you will need to be registered with Help to Buy NEYH and have spoken to our independent financial advisor who will help you place your mortgage and calculate what share of the property you can afford. Purchasers must not be able to afford a similar home on the open market.
The qualification process is let by an independent financial advisor, Jo Murgatroyd at the Mortgage Advice Bureau. Please email Jo.Murgatroyd@mab.org.uk or call 0113 252 2290 so she is able to assess your eligibility.
