Plots 27-31 are located on the eastern edge of Ebor Mills, and arranged as a small, attractive mews of homes. All five plots are our tried, tested and refined Elliot house style: always a popular choice at previous developments. The three bedroom, semi-detached townhouses are arranged in a trio (Plots 27-29) and a pair (Plots 30-31). The homes have the same square footage and accommodation, but the layout for Plots 27-29 differs slightly from that for Plots 30-31.
The Elliot’s main entrance (with open porch) and integrated garage are both entered via the lower ground floor.
