New Homes reimagined

Past Developments

A legacy in bricks and mortar

We have a long history of building in Yorkshire and Lancashire. Our late founder was born in Lancashire, and spent most of his life in Skipton in North Yorkshire; we build in these areas as they hold special significance to us. To date we have built almost 4000 homes in the region. The timeline of developments below should give you a taste of the communities we have built and the quality of build we have become known for.

2023

Ebor Mills

Haworth

More than 200 years after Ebor Mills first started producing textiles, we breathed new life into several of the historic buildings, and created several brand new homes, all on a beautiful site bordered by Bridgehouse Beck and open countryside.

Our dedicated efforts led to a regional win at the LABC Awards for ‘Best High Volume Housing Development’ and contributed to winning the award for ‘Best Residential Developer’ at the National Building and Construction Awards 2023.

2021

St. Stephen’s Place

Skipton

A challenging development as it included the renovation of several grade II listed buildings. At St Stephen’s Place we created two townhouses, four apartments and a cottage from the original buildings and built three new homes.

2020

Victoria Fold

SABDEN

Another challenging development, not only because Sabden Brook split the site in two, but because it was a brownfield, derelict mill. We developed a total of 30 homes, including two unique one-of-a-kind buildings that were inspired by the old mill buildings. Ecology was a significant consideration at Victoria Fold and we re-purposed the mill chimney, splitting it into two more manageable parts creating new homes for the bats that once occupied the old mill.
