Ø Your dedicated sales adviser will be on hand to help you through the whole process of choosing the right Skipton Properties home to suit your needs. Ø We can provide you with details of a range of independent Financial Advisors and solicitors should you require further assistance with your purchase from Skipton Properties. Ø Once you have found your home your sales adviser will take you through the reservation process where they will provide you with all the information you desire on your chosen plot. Ø We understand how important it is to create a home that is as individual as you are and so, dependent on stage of construction, you can choose everything from the kitchen to the tiles in the bathroom. Ø Your sales adviser will keep you informed on the progress of your new home from the day you reserve right through to completion answering any questions you may have along the way. Ø Prior to the agreed completion date we will invite you to a demonstration so that you know how everything works before your move date, as well as how to maintain and look after your new home. Ø On the day of legal completion your sales adviser will meet you at your new home where we will hand over your keys, do the meter readings and answer any further questions you may have.
