We always love to hear feedback from our customers, whether good or bad. We use this to thank our employees or look at where we can improve; we’re a family company and we care about the homes that we build and the communities we create.
We received three reviews this week without even asking for them:
The first came from one of our residents at Falcon Park, Settle, North Yorkshire. The purchaser had met our Managing Director in passing whilst checking through his home and was extremely happy to report, and possibly a bit surprised, that there was nothing to address!
The second has come from a resident at the Poplars, Bradford, West Yorkshire. She wanted to let us know how happy she is with her house, commend us on our outstanding customer service and to give us a big thank you.
The last was from another resident at Falcon Park, Settle who had simply wanted to say what a nice bunch of people we employed. He was pleased to see that they were interested in his house purchase and how he was settling in.
