With every house, there are sometimes a few things that need a little tweak here and there, a new home is no different. However, with a new home, if there are any problems in the first two years, we’re here to help.

‘I moved into my property at Elsey Croft in August last year. Since that date it has been necessary on several occasions to contact Karen in Customer Services. Having worked alongside the building industry for most of my professional career, I have considerable experience in dealing with contractors both in the UK and overseas. I have, however, never previously met with the level of courtesy, understanding and efficiency that I have received from your office.
Your Customer Services Manager is, without doubt, an outstanding member of your team but the efficiency and polite manner does not stop there. When it has been necessary for a workman to rectify some minor issue, he has always been prompt, polite and effective in dealing with the matter.
The aftercare that you demonstrate to your purchasers is most admirable and very much appreciated by myself and, I am sure, by all your customers.
